Green skills are defined as the knowledge, competencies and values needed to develop and support a sustainable, low-carbon and resource-efficient society.
People – and the skills they bring – are the key to making the transition to a more sustainable future. Those countries, sectors and businesses that can support their workforce in gaining green skills will be at the forefront of the transition.
This revolution has started, and there is a growing demand for professionals who can incorporate green principles within organisations, including operations as well as service and product offerings.
Aeterni.eco has put together the Green Competency Roadmap of the basic competencies to become successful green professionals. Our Sustainability Foundational Workshops are designed to build these core capabilities and are eligible for CCP-S, enabling individuals and organisations to upskill with recognised support as they embark on their sustainability journey.
